ORDERS

Print it out and FAX or mail it to: Bella Vista Gazebos, 3358 Monier Circle Suite 3 Rancho Cordova, CA. 95742. Please enclose payment or Mastercard/Visa card information.

ACCEPTANCE & CHANGES

Acceptance of a down payment by us shall be considered our acceptance of the order, after which no changes can be made. All orders are subject to acceptance and are contingent upon fires, strikes, accidents or other causes that are unavoidable or beyond our control. The right is reserved to make such changes to our products both in design and specification that will in our opinion improve them.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & DELIVERY DATES

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for your gazebo to arrive. The freight company will call in advance of delivery. Normal delivery is curb side. Some of the crates weigh up to several hundred pounds. You may want someone on hand to assist you in unloading the crates.

Delivery dates are contingent on suppliers ability to furnish raw materials to our factory. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, nor are we responsible for delays in transit and our terms are not affected by such delays.

PRICE CHANGES & ERRORS

Prices are subject to change without notice. Clerical errors are subject to correction.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Orders cancelled 5 or more business days after being received in our office and cancelled prior to shipment will be charged a cancellation handling fee equal to 10% of the total order price. Orders may not be cancelled 48 hrs. prior to shipment.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Check your shipment upon arrival. If shipment is damaged in transit and so received or arrives incomplete, you are responsible for securing the proper notation of such damage or shortage from your local freight agent. This notated freight bill must be returned to us so we can make claim for loss to the freight company. When such notated freight bill is received by us, we will send a replacement shipment. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible. This policy must be adhered to strictly. Nothing may be returned for credit without our written consent.

INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT

If impossible to ship orders complete in one shipment, the right is reserved to make several shipments of incomplete units until order is complete, unless otherwise stated on the order.

ASSEMBLY

Gazebos are shipped unassembled. Bella Vista Gazebos assumes no responsibility for gazebos not installed by the customer or their agent in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instruction sheet included with the gazebo. The customer agrees to hold Bella Vista Gazebos free of any liability for improper installation, maintenance and repair of gazebo by owner, customer or their agent.

PERMITS

Obtaining any permits necessary is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Permit requirements vary by city and county. All Bella Vista gazebos conform to the uniform building code. Gazebos come with engineering specifications calculated by a California state licensed engineer.
